Today’s brand design is inspired by the bold colors, abstract art, tropical leaves, and everything that accompanies coffee from farm to cup. Botanica is coffee business based in Switzerland. Suyan, owner of Botanica, has plans to open a coffeeshop where she will provide her customers with delicious as well as host workshops to educate them on the process behind that cup of coffee.
The design we landed on is bold, fun, energetic, yet still professional and polished. As we developed the brand for Botanica, we landed on a coffee plant and bean illustration for the main visuals in the logo. Along with this are leaf illustrations inspired by the tropical plants found on a coffee farm and the tools used to create a delicious cup of coffee. These elements paired with the custom abstract backgrounds truly bring this brand to life and make it stand out.
It was so fun to work on a brand that includes a bolder color palette and design elements than my usual neutral and minimal style. I think Suyan’s customers will love this fun look!
