I am so excited to reveal this special brand and website for Tay Marie Photo! Taylor was truly a dream client to work with and the brand and website we created together is one of my favorite projects to date. As I worked on the project, I often times felt like I was designing for myself—I am in love with the simplistic typography, muted color palette with accents of terra cotta and sage green, and the touches of organic florals throughout. Not to mention her BEAUTIFUL photos that truly brought the website to the next level.
As we dove into the research and strategy for this brand, we wanted the brand to complement the style and feel of Taylor’s photos. We landed on a subtle color palette that highlights some of the main colors found throughout her work, the sage green and terra cotta orange. The main floral icon used in the primary logo and throughout the brand resembles the dried florals that can be found in a lot of her images. All this resulted in a brand and website that is cozy, organic, and timeless: the perfect design to showcase her amazing work!
Taylor is truly such a sweetheart, so talented, and puts so much time and thought into her business and preparing her clients for their shoots. Her stunning photos and raving client reviews are a reflection of this. It was such an honor and joy to work on this project.
